The Rural Support Training Program has sessions scheduled for the Central Highlands. Community Development Program 4 will be held from March 2-4, while Farm Safety Development Program 3 will be held on March 25.
If you are thinking about learning new skills, upskilling or diversifying and expanding your business, the Community Development Program 4 offers a range of opportunities. This mix of accredited and non-accredited units will provide you with the skills and knowledge to serve alcohol legally and responsibly in a licensed venue in Queensland; prepare and serve a range of espresso coffees; and handle and serve food safely in any type of food outlet. Places are limited and applications are required by February 24.
For farm and business owners, managers and workers, working in a safe environment is a key responsibility. The Farm Safety Development Program 3 has been designed to provide the opportunity to build safe work practices in and around the workplace. To ensure the safety of yourself and your workers, this accredited unit will provide you with the skills and knowledge to confidently respond in a medical emergency in the workplace or community. Places are limited and applications are required by March 5.
